The CQC conducted a follow-up assessment after the practice received a rating of 'requires improvement overall' in 2023. They concluded that the Practice is now good in every area.

The Crusader and North Road surgeries will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.

With the introduction of the PPG website we also need to recognize that if something doesn't work we need to change it. Well the Patient Forum didn't work as we didn't get any patient posts!! So we have changed it to being more like a blog.
